What is
alcohol?
Alcohol is often made from grains, like barley, or fruits, like grapes. But
after it's gone through a process called fermentation, it becomes very strong
and can change your mood when you drink it.
There are lots of different kinds of alcohol. Some of the main ones are
beer, wine, cider; or spirits like vodka and whiskey.
Alcohol can be addictive. Alcoholics are people who are addicted to alcohol.

Why we drink alcohol ?
Many people do not realize they have
a drinking problem which is dangerous to their health. Unfortunately, people
often drink as a way to:

- De-stress from school or work.
- Reward themselves.
- Feel less inhibited in social situations.
- Fit in with others that are drinking.
- Express feelings that are difficult to express when
they are sober.
- Suppress painful feelings such as shame, anger, sadness
or loneliness.
Alcohol should be banned

- Changes in everyday life
Why stopping alcohol
Prevent or reduce health problems that are
made worse by alcohol use.
Reduce related family concerns or relationship
problems.

result of misuse of alcohol.
